Sitting on 18 acres in the small town of Gerringong NSW is Buena Vista Farm, a family farm run by husband and wife duo Adam and Fiona Walmsley.
About five years ago, the couple left their city lives behind to return to Fiona's family farm and start a small sustainable operation that would support their young family. In that time, the two have created an amazing agribusiness complete with pasture raised chickens, free range pigs, grass-fed beef, market garden and honey. They also run popular cooking workshops based on from-scratch food and whole food cooking.
In this video, Fiona talks sustainable agriculture, the smartest thing small scale farmers can do and shows us how to make her delicious goats' milk feta.
